We hereby certify that our products (Part numbers beginning with “CS”) are compliant with all requirements set by the European RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863.
REACH Compliance Declaration (A19-191)
We hereby certify that parts manufactured by Cooling Source fully comply with the related requirements of European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH):

- Cooling Source is a manufacturer of “ARTICLES” to our EU customers under the REACH regulation. We do not manufacture “substances” or “preparations” and our articles do not involve the “intentional release of substances”. Accordingly, we foresee no registration or pre-registration or Authorization requirement for the products we supply.
- We declare none of the SVHCs (Substances of Very High Concern defined by the EU effective June 27, 2018) are present in Cooling Source products or packaging in a concentration >0.1%
