Anodizing

An electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of aluminum parts of heatsinks.

Chromate (Chemfilm, Iridite, Alodyne)

A type of conversion coating used to passivate aluminum or copper.

Heatsinks Electrolsss Nickel

  • Solderable
  • Excellent for sturdy environments
  • Electrically conductive


Tin / Led

A finish that protects the underlying copper from corrosion on heatsinks.

  • Electrically conductive
  • Good solderability


Powder Coating

A type of coating that is electrostaticlly applied as a free-flowing, dry powder on heatsink’s metal and thermoplasitc
