Cooling Source, Inc. and CEO Michel Gelinas are proud to announce their acquisition of Morgan Hill, CA company MDR Machine from Owner & Founder Mark Reuter. The agreement was reached in December 2015 when Mr. Reuter determined that Cooling Source and CEO Mr. Gelinas was the best possible choice for both the future of the company and the benefit to employees.

Mr.Reuter started MDR Machine almost 4 decades ago, and built the company from the ground up. It is now regarded as a prime example for state of the art CNC machining which makes parts for a variety of industries including telecommunications,, defense, aerospace, automotive, electronics and medical/biotech. This acquisition will help assure a robust and exciting future for both companies, their employees and current and future customers.

During the 38 years that Mr. Reuter operated MDR Machine, he maintained a reputation for innovation, reliability, and world class customer service, principles which will be continued by Cooling Source, Inc. Both companies have reputations to uphold in technology and machining advancements. This acquisition will enable MDR Machine to expand while assuring that Cooling Source, Inc. can offer additional products and services to their current and future customers.

Cooling Source, Inc. is a dynamic company based in Livermore, CA that designs, manufactures, and markets a wide range of both custom and standard thermal solutions for local and global customers in the computer, aerospace/defense, telecommunications, medical, automotive, electronics, and industrial automation markets. Started in 2004, the company continues to expand their global market share with dynamic products, custom applications, and the desire to offer un-paralled customer services.

Mr. Reuter will remain on board to ensure a smooth transition, and MDR Machine will continue to manufacture top quality products produced by the same high caliber staff. This acquisition between two such compatible companies is geared to benefit both.
