Inspection & Metrology

Quality is verified—not assumed.

Each heat sink undergoes a disciplined inspection process to confirm form, fit, and function. Incoming materials are fully inspected prior to release into production, and in-process inspections are embedded at every critical manufacturing step.

Upon completion, parts are subject to 100% final inspection using high-precision measurement equipment. All results are documented and retained to ensure full traceability and compliance.
