Hi Ben, We showed our proposal to the customer early this week, they are happy with the heat pipe and cold-plate cooling solution, but need to re-evaluate the system electrical structure, as well as our part. Since the cooling design will be changing with the electrical design, we need to wait until the customer’s evaluation is done.  We put this project on hold now. Thanks so much for your deep involvement in the challenging integration design and provide excellent details on the manufacture requirement of the heat pipe! The simulations helped us to make the decisions on a project. Going forward, we will contact you looking for a heatsink suited for some of the new devices we are trying to promote. Due to the large size, it may require something larger than what Is available on standard heatsinks. Thank you again for your fast response.
