COUNTERFEIT MATERIALS POLICY<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Purchasing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our policy is to purchase new and authentic materials from approved suppliers.\u00a0 Suppliers are qualified as per PUR0001 and certificates of analysis are maintained where appropriate.<\/p>\n

Inspections<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A receiving inspection is performed on incoming material to ensure authenticity and accuracy.<\/p>\n

CNC set up or test parts are also machined and visually inspected.<\/p>\n

Containment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Counterfeit materials are considered nonconforming materials and will be contained, segregated, and reported as per QMS0013.<\/p>\n

The supplier will be immediately notified and a supplier corrective action will be initiated.<\/p>\n

Reporting<\/strong><\/h2>\n

When suppliers of counterfeit materials are confirmed by management, supplier will be reported to the applicable government agencies.<\/p>\n

Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Employees are trained to identify nonconforming\/counterfeit materials at receiving inspection, at in-process inspection, and at final inspection.\u00a0 This training is critical in identifying and segregating counterfeit materials.<\/p>\n

CONFLICT MINERALS STATEMENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cooling Source<\/strong> currently does not use conflict materials such as Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold in our products.\u00a0 As such, the conflict minerals reporting and restrictions do not apply.<\/p>\n

In the event Cooling Source<\/strong> uses Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten or Gold in our future products, we plan to comply with all conflict materials policies and practices associated with the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>\n
